Erev Lag B’Omer at Adat Shalom As has become tradition, our synagogue’s choir
hosted the Lag B’Omer bonfire. Fortunately we have a large empty “lot
like” space behind the synagogue. This year in addition to singing our
favorite Hebrew songs, some of our participants took on the role of
“Story Teller”. It may be that we will add Story Telling to our
traditional festivities. Of course this being a Jewish function we had
plenty to eat including backed potatoes, baked onion, marshmallows,
coffee, cold drinks and cake.
